Well-organized place, I liked very responsive personnel.

Everything was fantastic, so were exceptional views of the sea. The room was decent sized, without a doubt, had an electric kettle and refrigerators. The food provided was appetising! The location was absolutely incredible, relatively near Upper Corner Tower Foundry Museum. The airport was 25 km away. Had a good time.

Had a decent size room and a very lovely stay for 8 nights. Delicious meals with cold drinks. Magnificent, favourable location also very close to the beach.

Had a really good stay for 8 nights, recommend this place. The location was exceptionally nice, right by Fort Lawrence. And it was also really close to wonderful restaurants, the old town and main entrance and pile gate and other attractions.

Ideal, unbeatable location in Dubrovnik, just off attractions and places are recommended in the area, west harbour and many shops for necessities. The room was modern, the staff was very responsive and responsive.

This hotel is in a great location, so close to the old town and bus station. You'll have plenty of options for dining as there are several excellent restaurants right nearby, as mentioned in the reviews. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-equipped bathrooms. The views from the sea-facing rooms are absolutely spectacular. the service provided by Edi and his brother is very accommodating and helpful.

There were some complaints about running out of hot water in the morning, but overall a great stay.

Excellent location near Old Town, stunning views and beaches. Comfortable rooms with noise-cancelling windows for a peaceful sleep. Host is welcoming and provides helpful advice on city layout and affordable restaurants. Safe environment for solo female travelers. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location which is literally 3 minutes from the old town. All the attractions of the old town without the crowds or prices, great views and swimming 2 minutes away. Rooms fairly basic but very clean and have everything you need.

Appreciated the double room with a view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. An electric kettle and a fridge where an advantage. The location was incredibly convenient, within a close distance from a 14th-century fortress.

Wifi, location, sea view - if you get one

The site doesn't tell you, but bathrooms are not self contained and may be shared. Walls are paper thin. Bathrooms are cramped and basic. My room was not serviced on a daily basis. On value for money, I do not recommend this hotel. May be worth 50 Euro if you get a sea view.

The location was excellent, just outside the Pile gate, with a lovely sea view from the window. The room had double glazing, which helped to minimize noise from kids and parties. The owner, Edy, was personable and provided a map and recommendations for eating out. He even offered free beach towels and gave us some cherries from his fridge. Edy was very friendly and accommodating.

Felt totally at home, no complaints at all.
